Elance.com is a good place to market yourself. You can also try eBay. Also make connections via social networking sites, for example look for people without a customised Twitter background and say hi. Longer term you need to set yourself up as an expert and brand yourself with a blog and website. I understand the last suggestion is not going to fix your need to earn cash quickly but that is the 'big one' for you to get business.
