The way to drive traffic to your website is as follows:-
- Create an easy and memorable domain name.
- Ensure your website is always up and running at reliable web hosting place.
- SEO every page of your website.
- Give reasons for visitors to return back yo your website.
- Regular and fresh update.

Submit your website to:-
- Adwords
- Article directory,
- Blog,
- Forum
- Search engines,
- Video sharing,
- List of High Traffic Free Classifieds Directory (prioritize your advertising listing starting with Biggest or Largest Classifieds. Free Community Classifieds or Free Classifieds Directory are commonly
used by Professional Webmasters)

I recommend you to invest in both paid and free classifieds directory.
