How to give hints through twitter?

Well basically there's this guy who seemed interested in me, and a lot of my friends noticed too etc. but recently I got rid of my facebook and got twitter, and I followed him and he followed me back, is there any way to like 'remind' him of me, seeing as I haven't had facebook for about 2 months. like on facebook you could like a picture of something? I don't want to directly tweet/retweet him. Thanks!
