What are some more ways to make sales?

Oh dear, I'm afraid there are some key principles you've failed to understand.

First off, communications and conversions are different things. Communicating means letting people know you have something to sell, which you've done quite well. But unfortunately, communications don't translate to sales. For example, millions of people get spam e-mail, but less than 0.8% respond to the spam.

Getting a response means getting a higher conversion rate. And because you haven't created a tracking system, you can't measure that. You know how ads ask you to cut things out or turn in coupons? That's to measure conversion; the number of coupons sent out vs. the number of cut-outs returned determines the conversion rate.

The communications (the ads) are then edited, with changes to wording or images, until the conversion rate increases. That's how you handle sales. You need accounting, not just huge, aimless blasts of contact numbers and messages.

Also, where is the blog or website, and why isn't it pasted here? Do you put up regular articles about the product and paste it on Facebook? Do you Tweet about it? Did you buy Google Adwords to try and market it?

What is the target demographic (the age, culture, hobbies, etc.) of the people you're targeting? Is your advertising where they hang out, or in the wrong place? For example, if you're selling Teen magazine subscriptions, it's pointless giving out business cards at the old folk's home.

Without a specific demographic, no sales exec. can give you the information to raise your conversion rates.
