us girls can be very confusing and have strange ways of thinking.
the case may be shes thinking about weather she really wants this and is just taking some time.
or she may have decided that she dosnt really want to but wants to remain friends but is just scared to hurt your feelings.
id wait about 2 days if i was you and drop her text or tweet like you said and just say, look i really do want to see you, i dont want to be annoying so this is the last time im asking . do you wanna hang out?"

and leave it at that..

the favrouting of your stuff maybe her way of letting you no shes seen it, read it.and is thinking about when shes free.

she may have stuff going on at home wich is personal so that may be another reason for her not to be communicating with you as much.

dont worry. keep trying. if it fails, dont wait for her, move on and find someone who can make time.
