How do I stop eating so much?

When your mind is engaged, your body will follow.

You also set yourself up for failure with lack of planning. You go full tilt, get overly hungry and then go nuts when you get around food. Sound about right?

Plan your eating day. Plan to eat 6 light meals a day, drink lots of water, keep your total calories for a while between 1,200 and 1,400 per day and take a vigorous 40 minute walk each day. Not enough time? Use some of the time you use on cell phone, fb, twitter, tweeting, iming and so forth. You have 40 minutes if you plan for it. Do this and in 6 months you will be ready for bikini season.
