Can a Twitter Celebrity that doesn't follow me see my tweets to them?
On Twitter, if I follow a Celebrity, but they don't follow me, can they see my tweets if I MENTION them in my tweet with the @SamJones as an example? Or am I just seeing THEIR tweet, replying, and they aren't seeing my reply at all?
