Blood clot phobia.. any help?

so ive had this fear for awhile. Started when I was pregnant, and my son is now two! Its not as bad as it was orginally but it rears its ugly head every once in awhile, and it seems to be one of those times. I recently just traveled. Was in a car for 11 hours (took breaks) Then a two hour flight with a break in between. So i did get up and walk around. But my left leg started bothering me the day after the flight. I was really crampy on the plane cause i was uncomfortable. Anyways. I have been trying to not jump to conclusions but its been hard. FIRST I heard some rap song on the radio and the guy said "Dr said I got blood clots, but I didnt care". Then All those stupid YAZ commercials about blood clots.. THEN a guy on facebook said he was at the ER and the doctor was checking for blood clots. It was like blood clots all around me today!

Back story about it. Ive had somewhere between 6-8 ultrasounds of my legs (ive lost track) always negative
possibly 25+ Negative D-Dimer tests (which test for clots)
NEgative Ct scan of my lungs with contrast.

So ive been checked out for this before. My doctor thinks i have a pinched nerve somewhere thats causing the pain in my leg, cause its only my left leg.

Any help??? am i being irrational? my leg just hurts. No other symtpoms. And a tight chest feeling and tight throat.. I need some reassurance!
