try to fetch his facebook profile and start your conversation there. because you are SHY, you might not be able to talk to him directly, so facebook or any other online chat is the best platform to express your feelings. and don't be too shy to share it with your friends, they might help you in getting contact with him. trust your friends, rather your best friends.
