What is the best way to obtain twitter followers for my business?

This is what i do, however, i only have 155 followers:

My website is linked to my twitter
I post twice a day
I use tweetstork

Any other suggestions?
I occasionally use hashtags - I will start using them more.

You get followers by being useful. Useful means providing content people will look forward to getting (whether it is a link to a good article, a blog post, etc.). Self-promotion tweets (i.e., buy from me, go to my web site, etc.), should be no more than 1 out of every 4 or 5 tweets (and less if you are good).

Also, do you vary the times of your tweets? Thats a good idea.
