I know this isn't what you want to hear but, the best thing for you to do is completely delete her from your life altogether. She has no clue what she wants or who she wants & she's using your feelings for her as a pawn in her immature games. You are basically feeding her ego- when things aren't happening for her elsewhere, she appears once again in one form or another. You need to let her go, stop obsessing over why she does the things she does (she probably doesn't know why herself) & find someone who knows what they want out of life. Your right- you don't need a wishy washy girl so take your own advice & move on! Take care!
