Why won't anyone hire me? Even the bottom jobs ignore me?

I'm 17, and I'm looking a first job. I don't really need a job, but I'd like one to give me something to do.

I've been filling out applications to places since August 2011. I've walked into stores and got applications, I've also did online applications. But all I ever get is, "Oh we'll be hiring this month BLAH BLAH..."

The online applications always send me a direct message that I was rejected because I didn't meet the needs of the survey. LIKE WTF!!?

How am I going to get experience if you don't want to hire someone who doesn't have experience?

I use Snag-a-job and indeed jobs. Sometime I go on the local malls website, because they put up what stores are currently hiring.

Why won't anyone hire me? I see the bummiest kids in school get jobs, and why not me???

WHAT IS THE POINT OF SAYING YOU'RE HIRING, IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO HIRE PEOPLE!!?

I've applied at McDonald's more than once. Same thing with Dunkin Donuts, Burger King, and a Wendy's.


I've also applied at local retail stores.

I'm about to just sell drugs or something.
