10 points: HOW DO I CHANGE MY TWITTER PICTURE?
ok so im a new user. Just got it yesturday. Right now my profile page pic is a stupid egg. So how do i change it. I know you go to profile. It comes up with Choose File. I try to upload a picture but it doesn't work. It says it is probably too big. But its actually not. iT is less than 700k. I think it has to do with this:Maximum size of 700k. JPG, GIF, PNG. What does JPG, GIF, PNG mean? I can't upload it!

EXTRA POINTS: I will give you 10 stars for the interesting thing, if you check back here every now and then. If i have a question i will post it in the extra comments thing. Plz don't leave me hanging. I don't want an egg pic.
