How to get a life and life skills?

I don't cook, clean, or drive. I have tried to learn how to drive. Despite taking driving classes and practice lessons I have been unsuccessful. I graduated from uni but I lived at home at the time. I don't know how to associate with people. I don’t blog, twitter, text message, or msn because I don't know what to say. I don't understand current events, struggle with motivation and have never dated. I also live at home with my parents. I am not sure what I should do first or where I would get help?
