1.) Offer to do dishes. Offer to do laundry. Clean.
2.) Apply for a job.
3.) Move out and get an apartment. A lot of skills will come automatically when you have to learn them.
4.) Join clubs devoted to your interests.

If you can't drive, move to an urbanarea with a subway system.
