mark/flag them as spam and then instead of going to your inbox with the good mailz they will go to the spam folder for bad mailz then you just empty your spam folder regularly and you will never see them

also you could change the email address you have given them to an email address u create for the sole purpose of not getting any more emails from annoying facebook,twitter,myspace
