I have to agree on Disqus. I've used both Disqus and Intense Debate and personal prefer Disqus. I find it's more attractive the integration is nicer and the Disqus dashboard makes it easy to manage all of the Wordpress sites within their system.

The integration with Twitter and Facebook works well, and the set up of Disqus is easy (so is Intense Debate for that Matter). Disqus seems to be more widely used, so I suspect you would get more interaction using Disqus verus Intense Debate.
