i would need to know her height and weight to now if she is under weight or not and the link you put the picture is private so i cant view it, it sound like your a good friend keep up the good work and just try your best to talk to her show her that she is not fat make her look at the good parts of herself not the bad if that doesn't work show her how to lose weight through eating healthy and exercise cause starving your self can lead to a lot of bad things what you said "she passed out or fainted" is just one example but try your best to not lead her into losing weight in the first place!
