Just say "would you like to meet up some time in the holidays?" and if she says yes ask when she's free. The holidays is a great time to spend time together but make sure you stay close when you go back to school because sometimes when things go back to normal, the "holiday romance" can just end. Suggest a place where you feel comfortable and could just spend time with her on your own. Don't make it the cinema because you can't talk there! Maybe take a present for her Christmas. What you get really depends how well you know her already. If you're too shy to watch her open it, tell her "You can't open it until Christmas though, that's the rules!" Talk to her lots and just have a laugh, make great friends with her and really get to know her so that when you go back to school after Christmas, she will still talk to you. If you just fancy her and there is no friendship there she could easily change her mind about you after your break. It's much harder to forget a real friendship than it is a holiday crush!
