Yes, you DO have a rite to say something about such "friend" who really wasn't a "friend" per se. They should have NO reason to be in touch, to keep in touch. That was then, this is now. I would not hesitate to let her know how you feel about it. He honestly doe not belong in her life, should be put in the past & left rite there. You're rite in that the ONLY ONE thing they had in "common""" was sex. Now that's gone, he too should in all fairness also be gone too. Your/her past is forever gone, but her future is still her own. He is NOT a part of her future, she needs to let go of him & free herself & you from him altogether...best to you...Smile
