Did T-ara really bully Hwayoung?

I know this is non of my business, but I just really am curious! Because Hwayoung was my least favorite because I thought she wasn't that good and not really pretty but when I saw this "Goodbye Hwayoung" Trending on twitter I read the article and saw videos of youtube that said that T-ara bullied Hwayoung or Hwayoung has a terrible attitude whatever. Because when I heard that they bullied Hwayoung, It was like, for being T-ara fan, it just disappeared, I don't want to suport a group of bullies. And i'm also sad for Dani (New member of T-ara she will join T-ara officially on December) Because what if they bully her too and she's only 14?!?!?! ( So saaad. And I heard that t-ara bullied hwayoung except for Qri? Is Qri the only one who didn't bully hwayoung? Because maybe i'll ony support her. Thankss!
