on facebook everyone status is "happy halloween eve" or "boo, did i scare you?" or "its so scary w/out my BOO"

and on twitter, the #1 trending topic is #TrickOrTreat

and they keep tweeting about Halloween like WTF is it about to be halloween or something? WHAT IS UP
