Aces_wil, the answer is no. tourist visa is 90 days. Also you heard wrong on the temporary residents permit.
You need a sin to gain employment. Be advised what your suggesting is totally illegal. We have officers attached with the RCMP, but are strictly Immigration surveillance, and we do raids on establishments. should we find a non resident employed, the employer is in deep trouble, you are arrested taken to a detention center. There are a number of things that can happen to you. Your held to appear before an Immigration Judge, or your put on the next plane back. If your from the States, you can be escorted to the Canadian/US Boarder, and handed over to the US Customs and Boarder Control into their custody, and can be further charged under US Federal law, under a by lateral agreement between the two countries. You would have no idea how many such cases we detect, also decent citizens report to us. |
