Why is twitter sending me messages?

probably someone made a twitter to a random email and it appears to be yours, or a friend used your email.

To slove this problem just go to the bottom of the email and it will say "dont have a twitter?" and u click on that then it will unsubcribe u from getting those email, and maybe delete the account?
