You may first need to analyze your competition before jumping into the "Me too" bandwagon.

1. First prepare what the basic features you are going to offer to your users to get them attracted to your site.
2. Whats your USP?
3. Do you have any funding help from big wigs?
4. Can you keep throwing away money on ads and other forms of viral propagation to let the world know that you have such a unique site?
5. How are you going to sustain the growth when you keep asking for suggestions in a common board like this? You can't keep running around asking for advices each and every time you run into some problem, right?
