You are only 18. Life doesn't even begin properly until you turn 30 (joking!). When you say you can't trust people - how do you know unless you try? Most people are trustworthy from my experiences and if they are not - move on. God is waiting for you to ask him for help. Simple as that. Once you reach rock bottom then you will call out to him. Maybe you are not there yet. You are sounding very depressed though so this is what I would get help about. Start with your family doctor and take it from there.
