Start simple, favorite and retweet some of hers so she knows your around. Then if she tweets about being free try replying to it, it could be meant towards you.! You could say something like I'm free on sat, if you wanna get lunch and cach up? Or something like that. Then if she replys back which I'm sure she will message her and tell her to text you or call you. Then it's up to her Smile good luck!
