what i did was started following every celebrity in the world. theres catagories you can go to is the discover box like , entertainment , music , athlete and i followed every one in every box , another was which i noticed i started getting followers real qucik was have an attractive default ( picture ) and also the main way is to do the trending topics for example if the trending topic is #iHate you post a status saying " #iHate ( and enter what you hate ) if its something really good not only will people follow you they will retweet you
