How to stop caring about celebs ?

Well I am a Directioner and belieber, honestly it's ruining my life, I've wasted so much money and time on these boys who don't even know I exist. Yes they've saved my life with their music but I hate how I feel about them. Like I hurt when something wrong happens with them. When I see them I want to cry and yeah. I've deleted fb and twitter cause those waste my time and my newsfeed is filled with them. I wanna focus on school and focus on my life but I can't !!! Pls any advice is welcome. N be polite. I'm a teenage girl for crying out loud! Hot guys with talent that can dance are welcome to my boring life but it's gone too far
I'm 16 turning 17 soon, I have a social life n all but it's pathetic now rofl!!
