How can I sleep without getting distracted?
I really need help
Every time I go to bed, i go on my phone and watch videos and go on Facebook.
...and i sleep at 1:00pm i got school the next day (this happens every time and once i slept at 5:46pm)
any help to sleep faster
Sorry 1:00am and 5:46am
