How do I get this guy to leave me alone?

It's like feeling sorry for bed bug..
He needs to go which you already know. If you want to stop talking to him give him back the video game he bought you because that is what he is using as a ransom to keep talking to you . And he knows already that he is creepy that's why he doesn't want to meet you. Honey block him(cold hearted but it's the only obvious hint that will drive the message home for him)
Do not feel sorry for this guy because honey he is not your responsibility and his lack of friends is not your responsibility but his.
So instead of feeling sorry for him do yourself a favour and look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself loudly that you are finally blocking this guy from your facebook and that you deserve a real friend and not a bed bug who brings you worry and discomfort.
If you need a line I have used with a past beg bug of mine who gave me his Wii here it is:
I need to talk to you about something. It is nothing personal against you but I feel that me and you are compatible as friends and it would be selfish of me to keep forcing it (actually fake ) andni don't believe in false friendships so here's your Wii. Thank you for it. ( he will say oh keep it and stuff so he can run around and play the victim to his small cache of friend: oh i've been victimized by this girl I bought her such and such then she such and such:
After if he can't pick it up mail it to him.
I am not a counseller or anything like that it is just that I know that guys like this exist and they always buy you stuff knowing that it will make it harder for you to tell them to f off.
Just tell him nice knowing you "friend " and tell him you can't morally just be like pretentious and it is not him it is you and you prefer of he did not contact you anymore.
He will say what did I do I can't change and act all Molly and heartbroken but stand your ground and say it is not you it is just that I would prefer if we were not friends anymore.
Be assertive. He will find another friend who likes his weirdness . Trust me they always do.
