I don't think so. But when it was his birthday, I sent him a birthday message under one of his pics, and he probably reads those. You can tweet it (I know his b-day was 2 days ago, and it's kinda late, but whatev lol), but unless he follows you, it probably won't get back to him and it won't be retweeted.

Just got Twitter a week ago, still trying to figure out how it works. Big Grin
