Are you talking about the dub version that airs on Neon Alley?

Considering it is still airing there... it comes out weekly, I think? When I check their Twitter, they only announce a new episode airing on Sundays, but I have absolutely no idea what episode is the latest.

Just stalk the usual sites that you watch the previous dub episodes from. I guess people will upload new episodes when it comes out.

I don't have Neon Alley and I don't know any English dub anime streaming sites, so can't help you with that.
