The most radical change a person can make in their lives, is to accept Jesus Christ in as Lord and Saviour, by His spirit. That is to turn away from errors, imperfections and wrongs in our lives and turn in prayer to Jesus. Asking Him to begin a good work of salvation, by His grace through believing faith.
Start with prayer and reading the Bible, gospel of John's a good place to start.
