Fake Facebook account problem! one fake accoubt has my picture as their profile pic! what should I do?

It takes about 3 weeks for a fake profile to get taken down. Normally at least 3 people have to report it. Then Facebook will contact the fake profile asking them to submit proof of ID with scans of a passport, license or birth certificate to prove they have the same name as the profile. If the person cannot provide this information within 14 days, then Facebook closes the account
As long as you know this person has no way to get a copy of your birth certificate, license, passport or any other ID, then you are fine

I would also tell all of your friends to tell everyone that it's a fake profile of you
