This is Galvão. Galvão is a sportcaster/narrator who loves to say "shut up" for his coleagues before any TV transmition::

But, this same guy didn't closed his mouth during the World Cup's Oppening cerimony while artists performed any song or the official narrator announced anything.

By the way: Don't use a spannish dicitionary because we - Brazilians - are 200 million who speak PORTUGUESE!
