If you Have a Facebook Account than Login Into the Account And Use this Link

https://www.facebook.com/help/delete_account

Click Delete my Account than After 14 Days it will be Gone

If you Are Just Getting Emails you Didint Actually Create a Account People Just Keep Sending you Invitations Mark them As Spam
