Has the internet given us too much freedom of speech?
An arrest on a man has been made on allegations of rape and murder of a Melbourne woman, Jill Meagher.

Social media sites have been busy.

With people asking for the accused to be publicly hung and that's not the worst of it. Not only is this immature behavior but it could also endanger the presumption of innocence and can also jeopardise a trial.

Has the legal system not accommodated for the cyber world?
