No one needs permission to post a link to your page or site. It's perfectly legal (as it should be). They only need permission if they take a picture and post it directly on their site/page. If you don't want someone posting a link to something on your page, don't put that "something" on your page in the first place. If you wanted to know where to buy an Adobe product for example, I would post a link to the Adobe page so you could find it. There's nothing wrong or illegal about that.
