Post good pictures and remember to always always always hashtag your pictures. By hashtagging your pictures you allow other people to search your images (as long as you're not private). This means people with similar interests to you (make sure your hashtags are relevant) can find your pics. Check out http://www.TagsForLikes.com to tag your pics a lot faster and for the best hashtags on Instagram.
