My prize from a company has not came in the mail yet! What should I do?

honestly look over the official rules on it, if it doesn't have official rules then u werent under any real winning thing
Usually they do personal emails for the winners, or they send a letter. saying hey you won could have been a lie. Looking at what you said it doesnt seem real. They dont tweet things (i won a prize through a tweeter companion and alot of rules said they will contact you privately)
i would call fur sure and ask them about it. Provide a image of the message you got that way you have proof of winning. All winning thing llegally have to have offical rules ( so they dont get sued and have another complantions) if the product host is out of the country then they can do what they want freely.
