I think that you should give them a few more weeks. Most sponsors send out prizes closer to the 6-8 week mark. I host alot of giveaways and that's almost the standard time after that I would email them to see what the hold up is.

btw most twitter giveaways ARE legit! I won my iPad last year from one!!
