Unblocking an iPhone?
How can I unblock an iPhone?

I thinking of buying an iPhone 4 of someone but they dont know wot the 4 didget password is, is there any way i can get round it. if there's no way I can get round the password then obviously I won't buy it cause its probably stolen ( which he claims it isnt) and is also probably block but he only wants £25 for it and if there is a way round it then thats a bargain lol so just asking if anyone has any ideas or suggestions that would help me i would really appreciated it thanks
