This is none of your business and you need to stay out of it, at least when it comes to hacking someone's account. There is never a good reason for it.

This is your brother. Sit down and have a serious talk with him. Without being judgmental, you need to tell him your concerns and ask him to be honest with you. Just don't be surprised if he tells you to mind your own business and stay out of his life and his relationship. If he's doing something shady behind his fiance's back, she will eventually find out about it.

If you want to be a real brat, you could always tell your parents about your suspicions.
