Honestly, I have no idea about the policy of McD regarding the "private" relationships between their employees and the clients...
Anyway, my guess is that you haven't acted in a wise manner.
You shouldn't have "barged" in there, asking her coworkers about her, or sending her notes...
You should have visited the place, repeatedly, until you would have met her again.
Now, what's done is done!

On the other hand, you should have known better that a girl is not so happy to be known as a girl ready to let herself be "approached" by a client...

Anyway, now that you've got yourself started, maybe you should continue, until she will, eventually, refuse you, or, who knows?...

I really do hope that you know how to take no for an answer.
