As a dude, I'd honestly not believe any answer you give.

I honestly don't know what to say to fix that. You fucked up lol (excuse my french)

Usually, these things heal, but you seriously need to NEVER cheat on him again,
even if he thinks you are, it doesn't give you the right to "might as well" cheat.

Just stay faithful, and continue to show love, and spend as much time as you can with him.
Because let's be honest, how can you cheat if you're never away from him?
