Karaoke night, host a local band with a following, ladies night, contests w/ prizes, drink specials, target a specific crowd and offer what appeals to them the most (quiet& upscale or loud & busy or full of goths & emo etc.....) Hire a HOT male waiter and single women will flock in just for his smile and appeal. Personally I loathe sports and avoid anywhere with televisions blaring some stupid game but if that's your target market buy GREAT televisions and a surround sound system even for sports.
