Quxxn's death... her real identity?

Alright guys, I searched Veneshia Peoples on google, and the first website was a memorial website which gives background about her family and friends. It even includes a picture so if you're really curious than check it out.
The information seems correct, for example it says that she has a sister, and it also mentions her best friend and goddaughter. She once said that she was the godmother of her best friend's daughter.
And it says that for the last five years she was living in Rockford, Chicago, which Quxxn has claimed many times that that's where she lives.
Now, the thing that doesn't match my analysis is her appearance. I do not mean to be racist in absolutely any way but Quxxn doesn't sound like a black person, even though the person in the photo is somewhat dark, perhaps she had ancestors that were non-American.

I know this is super-stalker but I wanted to found out about such an amazing person that will be missed deeply by thousands...
