Ive been there..heres some things to try
1.look in mirror and tell yourself your not stupid or ugly.
2.meditation(if you believe in it)
3.find something to take your mind off it.
And (as dumb as this sounds) you can email me if you ever need to vent zerocyberfrost@yahoo.com Smile(hope I dont sound creepy,just trying to be nice)
