How can you love someone you do not know? How can you know God when you have never learned what the bible teaches?

There is certainly nothing wrong with wanting to please your creator but in order to do that, you must learn the truth so you can practice it. The truth is found only in the bible, not on Y/A.

A Christian does not live to please himself. He lives to please Jehovah, his God. While God gives us the freedom to dress and put on makeup as we choose, a Christian is a Christian 24/7 and would not do anything to bring disgrace on Jehovah. That means your dress and grooming should conform to the standards of acceptance in your area and not call attention to yourself by being bizarre or offensive to others.

I am thinking you are very young, so you might like to know that there was a time, in America, that only prostitutes wore makeup. The nice girls had to bite their lips and pinch their cheeks to bring the blood to the surface.

There were some daring ones who used a combination of peroxide and ammonia to put blonde streaks in their hair but it didn't look natural. Then Clairol came out with the best selling slogan of all time - Does she, or doesn't she?

Their new hair color was natural looking and took most of the day to apply. It encouraged women to try other makeup and the rest is history.

God loves you. He just wants you to look nice, not freaky.
